You need to call Orange Customer Service at 5000. An agent will reset your PIN code.

You’ll need to go to the Parental Control Menu and create a new PIN code but only after you've received a Message confirming that the PIN code has been reset.

When asked for current PIN code (after the Reset has been confirmed), please enter 1234.
